The DVS Skate team recently partnered up with the DooGood Conservatory for a skate demo in Long Beach, California to benefit the Downtown Los Angeles Women’s Center. Check the footage for the good times and the goodwill that went towards a great cause.  =]

Nike SB!

Nike Skateboarding has released its Nike Zoom FP this week along with the launch of a new mini site which supports and highlights the newest addition to Nike SB’s tech shoe franchise. The Zoom FP has taken learnings of previous models such as the Zoom E-Cue, Zoom Tre and Zoom Tre A.D. and has created the lightest shoe ever to come from Nike SB. This footage includes  Nike SB riders Eric Koston, Daryl Angel, and Ishod Wair.

Streets Dreams On DVD!

Streets Dreams is a movie about a young skater trying to fulfill his fantasy on one day being sponsored . The main character is Paul Rodriquez , in which he plays Derrick Cabrera, Derrick gets all the pressure from his parents, his girlfriend and his best friend. The only way Derrick can get his dream fulfill is by entering the Tampa Am Contest and win it. Will Derrick Win? The only way to find out is by watching the film!

Last time I saw something on Fox news and it was talking about the school I attend to Roosevelt High School. The reporter called our school a Drop-Out School!!l. Not all students here at Roosevelt High here are gonna drop out only few but for them calling us a Drop Out school is not fare, we are not the only school that could be called a Drop Out Factory. There just picking on us because we been known for low test scores. Not a Drop Out school

Wasssup this is Mejia. This blog that im doing is going to be about Skateboarding. I was interested in skateboarding since I was 8 years old. I've became interested in skateboarding through my neighbor i saw him skateboarding and i told my mom i wanted a skateboard and since then i still skate. The places i spent more time learing about skateboarding is The Berrics Boarders S.O.B etcc.. The first time i became aware of skateboarding is at the age of 8!. x)
